DALLAS – Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches has leased 1,435 square feet of retail space in Victory Park. Guy Grivas with MG Retail Partners represented Jimmy John’s and Trademark Property represented the landlord. Jimmy John’s is the first national retailer to be signed since the announcement of the re-development of Victory Park.
