Dallas, TX (August 7, 2014) – Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, known for its fresh, fast, and tasty sandwiches, has leased 1,435 square feet of retail space in Dallas’ Victory Park neighborhood, marking the first national retailer to join the area since the exciting redevelopment announcement.

This strategic move positions Jimmy John’s to capitalize on the renewed energy and foot traffic anticipated in Victory Park. The revitalization plans promise an enhanced experience with new green spaces, shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, attracting residents and visitors alike.
