DALLAS – Marc Marrocco and Guy Grivas have launched a new full service commercial real estate firm, MG Retail Partners. The award winning team’s new company will focus on thid party brokerage and advisory services in addition to tenant derived devlepoment and build-to-suit programs. Based in Dallas, the firm’s first projects include Presidio Junction, a power center in the Alliance corridor of north Fort Worth, the redevelopment the northwest corner of Broadway and Centerville in Garland, and a new development with Jimmy John’s and Moe’s Southwest Grille in Lake Worth.
