DALLAS – MG Retail Partners has purchased a 0.97 acre tract of land from Target at the southeast quadrant of Highway 183 & Precinct Line Road in Hurst, TX and is proud to announce it has signed a lease with Corner Bakery Cafe to take 3,300 square feet with a drive-thru. “We are excited to work with Corner Bakery here and to be involved with their team in the development of their first drive-thru prototype store”, said Guy Grivas. The total building size will be 5,550 square feet. Construction is slated to begin in February and wrap up in July.
