Dallas, TX (February 1, 2017) – MG Retail Partners, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm, announces the acquisition of a 0.97-acre tract of land in Hurst, TX, and the exciting signing of a lease with Corner Bakery Cafe. This strategic move marks the development of Corner Bakery’s first-ever drive-thru prototype store, bringing their renowned bakery-cafe experience to a whole new level of convenience.

The 5,550 square foot building will accommodate Corner Bakery’s signature cafe experience alongside the convenient drive-thru lane, catering to diverse customer preferences.
