MG Retail Partners has acquired 3.7 acres at the entrance to Presidio Junction in Fort Worth, TX, a 300 plus acre mixed use devleopment in the heart of the Alliance corridor. MG is also under contract to purchase an additional 2.13 acres and plans to develop multi-tenant buildings and pad sites on the property, which sits directly in front of Costo at the entrance to the project. Initial plans include a Starbucks, La Madeleine, and Potbelly Sandwich Shop.
