FORT WORTH – MG Retail Partners has acquired a 0.89 acre pad site in front of Albertsons at the northwest quadrant of Loop 820 & Clifford Street for development. MG plans to develop a +/- 4,300 square foot multi-tenant building with a drive-thru. Construction is expected to begin immediately and will be finished by Q3 2016.
