As Principal & Co-Founder of MG Retail Partners, Guy Grivas oversees daily operations as well as leads acquisition and development efforts – identifying and securing new projects, overseeing their development, and managing lease agreements and property sales within the company’s existing portfolio.

Guy cultivates strong relationships with retailers, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their expansion endeavors.  He leverages his deep industry knowledge and market insights to identify ideal locations, tailor development plans, and optimize growth strategies for his clients.

Prior to forming MG Retail Partners, Guy began his career with Weitzman, where he specialized in tenant representation and project leasing. He has earned recognition as a Dallas Business Journal “Heavy Hitter” and received the CoStar Power Broker award for Dallas/Fort Worth, highlighting his achievements in the industry.

Guy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the SMU Real Estate Society, and the Horned Frog Investment Network.

Guy graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a BBA in Finance.
