Bio

Guy Grivas is a Principal and Co-Founder of MG Retail Partners.  Guy oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and is directly involved in the acquisition and development of new projects as well as leasing for the company’s existing portfolio.

Prior to forming MG Retail Partners, Guy spent six years with Weitzman, a leading real estate brokerage company in Texas, where he specialized in tenant representation and project leasing.  During this time, Guy was recognized by the Dallas Business Journal  as a “Heavy Hitter,” ranking him among the leading retail brokers in North Texas in terms of production and number of transactions.  In 2015, Guy also received the CoStar Power Broker award for Dallas/Fort Worth, which is presented to individuals who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases in their respective market throughout the year.

Guy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the SMU Real Estate Society, and the Horned Frog Investment Network.

Guy graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a BBA in Finance.
