Kyle brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the company, with a proven track record of success in all facets of retail development.

Prior to joining MG Retail Partners, Kyle served as the Chief Operating Officer for Leon Capital. Previously, he held the position of Director of the Retail Division at Trammell Crow Company’s Houston office. He has led acquisition and development teams for both public and private companies, overseeing more than three million square feet of development across multiple asset classes.
Kyle Miller is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisition, development, and leadership roles across various asset classes. With a proven track record of success and a passion for the industry, Kyle brings valuable expertise and insights to MG Retail Partners. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and proudly served over nine years in the United States Navy flying the F-14 Tomcat as a Naval Flight Officer. His dedication and leadership were recognized when he was selected as a Naval Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) instructor.
In addition to his professional experience, Kyle has also served as an adjunct professor of real estate finance and development at the University of Houston’s business school graduate real estate program, sharing his knowledge and expertise with future generations of industry leaders.
